Ordered a large apartment style room. They let us in early at before noon, and it is a very luxurious and spacious room with fancy paintings of a pig and a cow hanging over the beds. Each rooms temperature is supposed to be customizable (and it sort of works). Amazing location near city center and various restaurants.
This is a nice hotel complex for anyone on a quick trip to Budapest. I stayed in the apartments located in the adjacent building. My unit was clean and spacious. Bonus points— my unit had a washing machine, which I used. Very convenient. The staff seemed indifferent at times. My only complaint— it was 91 degrees Fahrenheit when I checked in and NO air conditioning in the entire building. It was 2 incredibly bad nights of sleep. During a trip that was supposed to be restful for me. The only reason I didn’t give this place 3 stars— it is nice, clean and well located. Personally- I likely wouldn’t choose to return. Especially not in the summer 😂😂😂.
The hotel is not in the center of town, buts it’s a short taxi ride or 10-15 minutes walk to the popular areas. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet too. The included breakfast was surprisingly good and plentiful. There supposedly a free sunna and if you give them a 10 minutes notice they will turn it on and heating it up. Must be great during the cold months.
