The room is not as glamorous as the pictures on the web, the set up with stairs going to parking very strange It is a little spartan, no wodrop, no desk, a table in the middle of the room kettle on top of the mini fridge next to the stairs But the room was clean Wifi dont work. you need a voucher BUT the most helpful and patient person at reception on arrival and the bed good The restaurant was not bad at good price and pretty testy Still not sure 4 stars for the room service 5 star If you are coming by car, make sure not to mess the entrance or it will take another 6 minutes I want to add the level of service quality every one is helpfull and beyond all the staff always to answer all questions and provid solution same at restaurant Thank you all
If it was not for Renzo, I would have not survive this experience. The hotel is DIGITAL, no reception. Well .... first we could not check in digitally, did not work through phone call or by activating the email. We fou d out they are trying a new digital system. Then the gate to street was closed, the cars could not get in and out. Lastly, the bathroom door lock broke and my kid was locked in the bathroom. Thank God for Renzo that helped at the risk of losing his job because he was not supposed to, being digital and all .... The hotel is NOT bad. The TAXIs will NOT pick up probably being too far out of ZLT area. Mr. Manager, please put a PERSON at front desk because the INTERNET and DIGITAL gimmicks don't always work as we ALL KNOW. As an idea, great but in practice ... not yet. Again, many THANKS to the staff on site that was NOT supposed to be there but HELPED my family.
! CAREFUL DIGITAL CHECKING ! Did not work for us. We tried about 15 times to take pictures with ID cards as requested. App is poorly developed and doesn't tell you which photo is not right. Nobody is available to help even after calling the recommended number at the entrance. Also note that this hotel is most likely made for ONS. Although we couldn't even get in the rooms the mood really felt that way. And reading other comments seem to confirm. Also, nor booking.com or the hotel has reimbursed us. So, be aware of the challenges before going there.
