Smart Hotel Milano

Clean and modern hotel and room. Staff was friendly with me, though when checking in, one gentleman behind the desk was a bit short and rude with the person next to me who was also checking in. Walls are a bit thin. I could hear traffic outside and occupants in other rooms. Overall, not bad.

Location is perfect for travelers, less than 8 minutes from the train station Milano Centrale, and if you carry luggages recommended walking through the surface. Room were clean,staffs in the reception desk were helpful,breakfast options were quite enough for this room price. However, the noise would be an issue for those who hard to get sleep,earplugs might need. But overall we are happy with this hotel.

Avoid this place at all costs. I left feeling more exhausted than when I arrived. If I could give zero stars, I would. The room was a complete nightmare — it was TINY, filthy, and had *no furniture* at all, just an empty, dusty box with a bed that felt like it was from a dumpster. Dust covered every corner, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The noise was unbearable day and night — walls are paper-thin and you hear everything from outside and next door. The air conditioning was broken, which made the small, stuffy room even worse, especially with the **cloud of mosquitoes** swarming inside. I couldn’t sleep at all. The bathroom? Don’t even get me started — broken fixtures, water leaking everywhere, and a smell that made me want to gag. I’ve stayed in hostels that were better than this.
