Great hotel, where the design is the main theme: from the lobby-bar, the famous “elevator” and the room, you feel the hotel feels different from the standard hotel chains from the same price ranges. Room was great value, comfortable bed and pillows, and provided a good night rest. The location is also great, few minutes walk from the main station and restaurants etc. Definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Hannover.
Great friendly and competent staff, room was comfortable, modern with a roomy showers. Location was excellent, set in the heart of Hannover
No staff on counter when checking in, took about 20 minutes for someone to come down to serve, while the 4 bar staff just stood there. Rooms were freezing cold, dirty bed sheets. Did not clean the room even though as they request I left the sign outside door requesting this. Would avoid at all costs
