Just came from a 5 days holiday in this hotel! The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast, lunch and dinner were great and with a good variety of food! The drinks from the bar were also very nice! The part that made this hotel even better was the entertainment! Nuno is the only entertainer at the hotel and we had fun every time he was there! Thank you so much for this holiday!

Absolutely beautiful and super clean hotel. All staff were really friendly. Food was average for an all inclusive buffet. Only negative would be communication on what you get will all inclusive. Another guest told us we could hire beach towel which would have been handy to know at the start of the holiday. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but you do get a fridge. A few cocktails on the all inclusive menu too which was nice. Overall a great hotel and location.

Overall, the hotel is functional but very basic. It has more of a sanatorium feel than that of a true 4-star hotel, and it looks much better in photos than it does in reality. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but the breakfast does not live up to a 4-star standard: the coffee is instant, I noticed staff handling food with bare hands, and while the selection isn’t terrible, it’s quite limited. The restaurant is located on the basement level (-1), which gives it the atmosphere of an underground subway station rather than a pleasant dining area. The rooms are clean but quite dated. On the positive side, the hotel is just one street away from the beach, so access to the sea is convenient. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Keep in mind that the hotel appears more upscale in photos than it actually is — the pictures are very well done, but don’t expect the same level of luxury in person.
