Terrible experience — absolutely unacceptable staff communication. We arrived after midnight, just as we had clearly informed the hotel in advance. But when we got there — no check-in information, no room number, no door code. Nothing. We stood outside in the middle of the night, trying every possible way to contact someone: WhatsApp, Booking.com, Google Maps, even their own website. After hours of frustration, someone finally let us into a random room at 2:30 AM. No hot water, broken appliances, no working stove, no coffee machine. Just a bed. No staff followed up in the morning. I had to keep chasing them myself. The first proper room and official check-in didn’t happen until almost 24 hours after our booking began. And the only explanation I received? “You got a place to sleep.” That’s not hospitality — that’s disrespect. Avoid this place
First up - avoid this 'hotel'. It's actually a glorified Airbnb with no facilities (and no swimming pool - despite the sumptuous pictures posted on both their own website and here on Google Maps). I've given it a one star rating on the basis that the beds are okay, the toilet flushes and there is (sometimes) warm water in the shower - unless two people have used it in a row. And there is (very poor quality) WiFi. Apart from that, it's a total disaster. Nothing works. There are no staff. No reception. No breakfast. The pool and all outdoor facilities are closed. A real pity, because it looks like it was once a decent establishment. Looks like the current owners have abandoned it and let it go to seed. There are even advertisements posted to sell off the rooms as apartments. To compound this, the staff handling the bookings and communications (all online and WhatsApp) are completely incompetent. We had to make a late change to our booking and they contrived to mess it up on at least five occasions. And to gain access to the room required multiple WhatsApp messages - when they could be bothered to reply. Note to Google Maps, booking.com etc - be very careful of your legal position in supporting the myth that this is a modern 5 star hotel. To my mind, this is bordering on fraudulent
HIGHLY UNRECOMMEND!!! A frustrating and exhausting experience caused by poor communication and a complete lack of check-in support Despite informing the hotel in advance about our late arrival, we received no check-in instructions whatsoever—not even the front door code. It took hours of failed communication attempts and speaking with an unhelpful remote representative before someone finally let us into a temporary room at 2:30 AM. That room lacked hot water and had no working kitchen appliances. The next day, we had to continue chasing the staff to receive a proper room. Our official check-in—including ID verification and tourist tax—only occurred nearly 23 hours after the booking started. Communication and service were extremely poor throughout.
