Spent four nights here with my family in Aug 2025 and was a lovely experience. Great service, literally every employee of the hotel is very nice and always happy to help with a smile and the value for money is unbeatable, especially given the location which is fantastic. We often found ourselves walking to a lot of places we wanted to go, even in the hot Madrid heat because a lot of the shopping areas and even museums are within a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Great experience even before we arrived. We got several messages asking our arrival times and interests for our stay. Elena at the front desk booked our city tour and our tour of the stadium. Before we arrived we booked the Carmela Flamenco show "which is a must see". Mariana was amazing in the breakfast room!! Good breakfast decent variety.
