Beautiful building and landscaping, wonderful service
Due to my personal commitments, I had to book during a period in which the spa was under maintenance and, despite having purchased a very convenient promotional package on one of the major sites, the managers immediately offered to make up for the lack with other services of equal value. This really satisfied me, I couldn't have asked for anything better... Very nice structure, but above all the kindness and helpfulness of the staff should be highlighted.
I voted 1 because it couldn't have been less than this. However, apart from the truly beautiful and designer hotel structure, everything else is horrendous. The spa, although it is 5 stars, is not worth 1. Very dirty. Staff not up to par. But above all the hotel staff were very rude and unkind towards a customer... in an emergency situation, instead of helping us, they made us leave a deposit for the room, to be specified only to store our luggage for 1 hour... 60 euros. We published our experience on TripAdvisor if you want to know. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Many things would need to be changed.
