A little slice of paradise in the heart of Chiang Mai Smile Lanna is an absolute gem — the moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve stepped into a peaceful jungle retreat. It’s hard to believe you’re still in the middle of a bustling city. The lush gardens, serene atmosphere, and thoughtful design make it incredibly relaxing. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, and the food is absolutely delicious. From start to finish, our stay was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful escape without leaving the city.

We had a fantastic stay at Smile Lanna. The complementary airport pickup and free daily mini bar snacks were great. The breakfast was also a highlight! It had such a wide variety of options, and the barista-style coffee was a real treat. It’s rare to find freshly made barista coffee like that in Thai hotels, where automatic machines are the norm. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere made us feel like we were a world away! truly relaxing and such a welcome change after six busy days in Bangkok. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Room with pool access, which was absolutely perfect. The beautiful free-standing bath was a lovely bonus and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and pampering stay in Chiang Mai

This hotel is simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt completely at home. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help – whether it’s recommendations, questions, or small requests, they always greet you with a smile and ensure that everything is taken care of. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is outstanding; everything is impeccably maintained. The pool area, though not huge, is beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is excellent, and what really stood out was the table service for coffee, water, and omelets – a level of attention that you don’t often find. Another great feature was the daily complimentary minibar refill, which was a really nice touch. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the afternoon Happy Hour, where free snacks and drinks were offered – a thoughtful perk that made our experience even more enjoyable. Getting around was also effortless, thanks to the complimentary airport shuttle and additional shuttles to various markets, saving us both time and effort. Overall, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. This hotel offers exceptional service, top-notch cleanliness, and many thoughtful extras. A perfect stay from start to finish – definitely 5 stars!
