Decent option to stay in Zakopane! Decent rooms with comfortable beds, quiet enough to sleep. Parking is difficult, requiring a steep climb and often someone will take your assigned spot. Breakfast is satisfactory, but eggs and fruit are to be avoided when they sit out for too long. Staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is underwhelming due to a jacuzzi no warmer than a pool. Decent sauna and spa.

We got the giewont room and it was very romantic and nice to be in. Very nice view where you can clearly see Giewont, kitchen has a capsule coffee machine, basic appliances. The breakfast doesn't have many options, but the food have quality and is tasty, its enough to fill up. The only negative is that to get to apartment you have to go up a steep hill and after day of hiking it can be challenging. The staff was also friendly and the sauna, although small, enough to relax after hiking.

Jacuzzi not fully operating (some of the jets not working) when questioned reception we were told they are waiting for parts. I think we should be informed on start to avoid disappointment . Unfortunately water in jacuzzi on day 3 of our stay was very unfresh, instead of chlorine you can smell sewage, mustiness. Couldn't force myself to stay in... We enjoyed breakfast option, wide variety of local products, well presented The apartment we were in was very clean and equipped in basic stuff, don't think u need more on few day vacation stay. Lovely views from where we were. Building is very quiet, in spite of many neighbours we were not disturbed with any noise
