Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim. Food was amazing, service, reception team… Rooms are super clean. Literally no remarks! If we ever come back to Sardinia, that would be the same hotel!

We spent 7 nights here and it was very welcoming! Staff is great and very polite, the breakfast is nice and has good variety and the rooms are classy, very in line with the rest of the city! It has a great view and lots of space in all rooms and facilities. We were very satisfied overall, helping us feel confortabile during our visit to Sardinia.

BEWARE⚠️ If I could I'd give zero stars for this hotel, me and my husband hated our stay from the first morning starting with breakfast with very minimal choice, eggs undercooked and no beans to take the dryness away from what little they have to offer and put together on your plate. More pastries than anything else again dry and boring. Then there's the uncomfortable presence of rude staff making the experience more dreadful, felt they watched our every move instead of respecting our time and space they were hovering over us like we were some kind of criminals making it a very unpleasant experience so we skipped breakfast most mornings for that reason, you couldn't even help yourself to the coffee machine without being followed and watched, it was ridiculous!!! The beds were so uncomfortable mattress and pillows too hard so we got no quality of sleep what so ever during our stay! Meant to be a king-size bed but it's plain and simple 2 singles pushed together leaving a gap in between them separating wich was annoying. Towels and bed sheets smelled like they'd been washed in mayonnaise or something not a pleasant smell at all! Pool was empty so didn't have access to that during the whole stay either.. but my husband was told at reception we could use the indoor pool free of charge to compensate not having access to the outdoor pool, we went down to the spa area at reception to request the use of the pool and was rudely and abruptly told we couldn't use the pool unless we paid €55 ph per person repeatedly kept saying no is not free you pay!!! In an arrogant manner so we turned and walked away feeling even more deflated and unwanted. This hotel is far from a 5 star hotel, the only positive is the beautiful views from the outdoor balcony area. Apart from that absolutely terrible service and a very unwelcoming stay. The cleaners had better manners and spoke to us with kindness, after all it costs nothing to be kind!! Maybe teach your staff to take a leaf out of there book. We won't be coming back. One of the most unsettling stays we have ever experienced. Room Very dated could do with a makeover, lamp had stains on it, lights and switches all over making it difficult to find witch one worked for each specific light overwhelming and no fan extraction in the bathroom which was very odd! Balcony door handle too stiff to open it hurt my wrist not that there was much to see apart from pipes running round the grounds of the hotel. Room 350 disappointing stay!
