From the moment I made the booking, their team was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — classic Parisian charm with a modern twist. The rooms have a cozy, elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you're somewhere special. And the location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Paris, close to everything you could want to see or do. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come back to Paris.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Parisian Gem with Outstanding Service! Staying at The Snob Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an authentic Parisian atmosphere—charming, stylish, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to iconic sights, hidden gems, and wonderful cafés. But what truly set our experience apart was Lena, the incredible receptionist. She went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had the best recommendations, from dining spots to must-see attractions. Her enthusiasm and knowledge made our trip even more special, and her kindness was unmatched. She was so amazing that after her shift, we even spent an evening together at a Christmas market, creating a memory we will never forget! The Snob Hotel is lucky to have her, and we truly hope they recognize what a gem she is. If you're looking for an authentic, warm, and truly memorable stay in Paris, look no further. We can't wait to return! Merci, Lena & The Snob Hotel, for an unforgettable stay! 💙✨
My partner and I planned our first trip to Paris together, and we thought that this would be the perfect hotel for us. Based on the pictures and reviews, it was perfect. Unfortunately, we did not have the experience we expected choosing this '4 Star' hotel. This is what happened: We stayed from the end of April to the first week of May. There was hotter than normal weather the time we were there. On average, it was 85°-90°f/29°-32°c. We tried turning on the air conditioning, but it wasn't working. We went downstairs to inform the front desk that it wasn't working. Thats when we were informed that the AC is turned off for that building till the end of May. There was no fan in the room, nor was one offered. We had to sleep with the windows open. Here's the issue with that: -the hotel is located in a very busy area. There are people leaving bars around 3am, and you can hear it all. Then around 5/6am you have city services in loud vehicles driving by. The noise is nonstop- 24/7. In addition to having jetlag, we never had a good night sleep the time we were there. Jetlag + sleep deprivation is not a good combination. -since the windows had to be opened to get some sort of ventilation, bugs would fly in the room when the lights were on. There was so many that came in when I showered. -I have allergies, and I prefer to sleep with the windows closed to not breathe in pollen during my time of rest. I woke up congested every morning. We wish we were informed that AC is not available during certain months. We would have not picked this hotel. It should be explicitly stated on their website. Overall, this one thing severely impacted our stay in Paris. We wanted to love this place, but it was a flop.
