So Boutique Pattaya Hotel and Residences

The room is old and has an unpleasant smell throughout the hallway. The bathroom is in poor condition with mold growing, and the equipment in the room is outdated. The refrigerator is old, the TV is old, and the air conditioner is noisy. Traffic in front of the hotel is very congested, and there is a lot of noise at night from the area around the hotel. I do not recommend booking this hotel if you're considering it.

Hotel room was not cleaned properly prior to check-in. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty in multiple rooms (we booked 5 deluxe rooms). No toothpaste and other required amenities were provided. The worst of all, there are not even close to enough parking spaces for the hotel. Guests are required to park in front of the neighboring residents, blocking their entrances. The receptionists made a promise to different hotel guests that they can park on the same parking lot. In the end, we have to settle the matter on our own. Not even close to satisfactory benchmark.

We came here for a friends birthday and booked the biggest room they had, with two queen mattresses. The hotel room was spacious and had a lovely view, however every other aspect of the hotel was terrible. The staff are the rudest people I've met in Thailand so far. If you approach them, they will not greet you. We asked them for a room cleaning, they did not come, we asked for water 3 times before getting it, not enough toilet paper, no room service, absolutely terrible. The hygiene standard of the rooms were also very low, the shower head was broken, the bathroom tap had a leak, the bath wasn't washed and had a previous guest's hair in it. We tried to make the best of it but would definitely it recommend this hotel service and hygiene is on your top priority.
