So Nice Club Resort

I and two friends of mine went there before the season started. We booked a studio at So White, with a double bed and an extensible couch. We received a studio with a big bed. The sofa was regular (non-extensible), not what we actually booked. The hotel is advertised for 5 stars, but I'm sorry to say that's not the case. The view and the hotel itself is really nice, the staff was really, really friendly and hospitable, the pools are great. The cleaning though, that's a whole other story. The cleaning lady came almost every day just to make the bed (we always left the bed unmade as a sign, to see if anybody ever goes into the room to "clean"). We left the dirty towels on the floor, in the middle of the bathroom, as we do everywhere we travel, and we always found the same towels neatly folded. On the bathroom floor :D. Vacuuming was inexistent, at most swept with a broom in the middle of the living room. Bathroom was never cleaned in 7 days, and towards the end of the journey we received 2 extra towels. For 3 persons, that is... :D. Other than that, food was really good and always fresh, the beach is wide, it can accommodate a lot of people, and as I said, the view is really nice. Based on other experiences from other countries, I would rate this one a 3 star hotel.

We are a family of four and booked a 2-bedroom suite with a private pool. However, the actual suite we received was nothing like the photos. Their excuse was that the suite we booked was still under construction. When I asked why they would display photos on Booking.com of suites that aren’t ready yet, they said it was a management decision. The room they gave us was very dirty. While waiting at reception to address my complaint, I overheard another guest complaining that she had to ask repeatedly for her room to be cleaned. The receptionist was visibly frustrated and rude, clearly worn down by constant issues. They asked for time to figure out a solution, but after waiting more than 30 minutes, it was clear they didn’t care. We decided to leave. This is the first time I’ve experienced such unprofessionalism. They lure customers with fancy photos, but the reality is completely different. Don’t book with them-they ruined our day.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms look nothing like the photos — the reality is completely different from the marketing. The air conditioners are old and inefficient, making the stay very uncomfortable. Service was poor, staff were unhelpful, and the facilities were neglected and not clean. I would definitely not recommend staying here. There are far better options in Ayia Napa for the same or even lower price.
