Hotel SO/ St. Petersburg is a five-star designer hotel in the center of St. Petersburg, within walking distance of St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Hermitage Museum, Palace Square, and Nevsky Prospekt. The interiors are charming and unique, said to have been designed by an Italian architect. The Just Say SO service concept emphasizes a personalized approach to guests. The hotel offers 137 rooms. The hotel has restaurants and bars: HI-SO Terrace is a summer restaurant on the roof with panoramic views of the city, MIXO Lobby Bar is a 24-hour bar with European cuisine. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day. Among the amenities, we especially liked the SPA center with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and massage. The spa is cozy and small, with first-class massages, a hot hammam, and a clean swimming pool. There is also a large jacuzzi. The disadvantages are that the slippers are uncomfortable and slippery on the tiles, which can be dangerous if there is water on the floor. The saunas are separate for women and men, but the men's sauna is currently closed. The best part is the staff at the spa, who are friendly and professional, and the massages are energetic and enjoyable. We highly recommend visiting the spa.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in so far! Brand new, elegant, stylish and the most perfect for my taste. I felt so well taken care of, like I was treated by the most thoughtful people in the world. Everything is though out to the smallest detail: amazing tea, coffee machine, complements in the room, wow! Gorgeous spa, wonderful location, snacks at the bar with go complimentary to your drinks and omg what amazing beds they have!!! Rooms are so cozy and well filled that nothing is missing and everything fits perfectly and looks so wonderfully fashionable! The reception is so kind and sophisticated, all the stuff is extra polite and caring. Totally recommend it especially during summer when the rooftop terrace is open🥰

The staff is very helpful and friendly but the hotel itself feels outdated and in need of renovation. The overall quality doesn't live up to a 5-star rating, and it's overpriced for what it offers. Location is very good though.
