SO Sofitel Hua Hin

The hotel is very clean. The staff at the front desk, the porter, the gardener, smile and help answer questions well. The bed is soft and dense, not sagging. The pillow is comfortable. All staff has a good attitude in serving everyone equally. The staff informed from the beginning that they can ask for water and ice to be served in the room. Unlike other places because you have to ask first to get. I request a Birthday cake and the cake is very delicious.

This resort truly exceeded expectations—photos don’t do it justice. The facilities are top-notch: an excellent pool, dedicated bicycle track, basketball and tennis courts, pickleball court, mini golf, a kids’ club, and a beautiful beachfront area complete with a bar. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—especially toward children. If you're travelling with kids, this is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are very spacious, with large bathtubs that make for a relaxing stay. While a few things showed signs of wear—like doors not closing perfectly or the ceiling fan feeling a bit loose—it’s nothing out of the ordinary for hotels in Thailand and didn’t impact our enjoyment at all. Just small quirks that are easy to overlook in an otherwise wonderful experience.

We had an excellent Indian head massage from Au of the So Spa during our 3 nights stay in this lovely family friendly hotel. The massage was very relaxing and refreshing. There is a lot of interesting kids activities and the exciting pool of wibit plus the private pool of the villa, so we parents are exhausted playing with our kids while the massage saved us from the back pains and shoulder pains. We love this hotel and the spa very much and definitely a revisit.
