The hotel itself is not upto the standard. We booked the suite and while reaching on time, they asked to stay in another room which was without a/c and very dirty. We have to spend the whole night at the reception till we get the correct room, The staffs were irresponsible and harsh to most of the customers. Breakfast was only vegetables, fruits and eggs. The hotel is not even recognised to be 2 star. Do not expect better service and try to select another hotel.
Awful service… the hotel staff is super rude and impolite, more over, they are promoting within several websites that they have 3 indoor pools, but is never mentioned that they are under extra charge and more over hourly… so basically if you wanna come here you’ll need to consider an extra 50 bucks for spending 2 hours in the pool! Additionally, the location of the hotel is super bad, in the middle of a marginal sector of the city, and the illumination of the rooms is just poor… they should not be consider a 4 stars hotel under any case. Maximum 1 star.
