Wonderful Hospitality Apologies for the late review, but I just had to share what an incredible experience we had during our stay in Crete last October! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the friendly staff. The level of service was outstanding - everyone went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warmth truly made our stay special / reception, bar, restaurat, chefs, cleaning ladies etc. were just lovely. A special thank you to Zuzanna and Pat for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Your kindness attention to detail, and exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable. Apologies if l've gotten the name wrong or misspelled it - I'm not entirely sure I remember it correctly! ;) The hotel itself was beautiful with a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean comfortable and well-equipped. We also loved the delicious local food and the overall vibe of the place. It was the perfect escape, and we can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Crete. We'll definitely be back!

Spectacular hotel overseeing the sea . Good staff, clean rooms, very happy that they provided daily cleaning service . The breakfast was good enough with traditional greek dishes. You could pay 17 Euro for dinner which also was a enjoyable Buffet. Thanks alot for the accomodation and making our holiday comfortable 😃😃🙏

My experience at Sofia Resort Luxury Suites exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean and wonderful decorated. Great location near to the sea! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and comfort. I’ll gladly return!
