Expensive with small bathrooms rooms, it doesn't have a great view, horrible food and the chicken tastes like something else. They have an amazing staff to make up for all of that, I've never had such personal service in a hotel before.

I don’t even know where to start but let’s talk about customer service first, the employees don’t even respond when I say salam, good morning thank you and etc, even when I request something they don’t even reply they just do it while I’m sitting there wondering if they hear me or they’re just ignoring me.... I’m not going to even start talking about the room because there was nothing to like about it, I would rather camp in the middle of the street instead of booking here! What a waste of time and money

The hotel is located away from parks and beaches. Also it is located in a active roundabout which is very crowded. The hotel is not suitable for families because 24 hours opened puplic coffeeshop with stranger guests located in the hotel. Not easy to find parking place because all the time occupied by coffeshop guests. The service and cleanliness are not good even though the price is high compared to other hotels in the area with better facilities.
