This hotel is truly amazing! Their service has been exceptional! I came here with two kids and everyone has been extremely helpful! The indoor pool, playroom and gym are nice amenities to have. One of the best breakfast buffet (if not the best ) I have had in a hotel. Great variety but also amazing quality! Room service as good as well! I left the sandy stroller on our way back from the beach and the valet services cleaned without me asking! This is going above and beyond for the guests! Overall my kids and I loved staying here! Whenever we are back in this state, we’ll be choosing this hotel! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!!
Alma's is the best restaurant in Itapema-Balnéario Camboriú-Itajai. We loved it, and will go back regularly.
The bed was extremely hard for old people like us. Didn't have a good sleep at all. For the price we paid, almost 100 USD, still we have to pay garage, which is quite high. The hotel is far from the beach.
