An Absolutely Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. The entire property is beautifully green, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The private beach is a highlight, and the pool area was serene and well-maintained. It never felt crowded and whether swimming, reading or just soaking in the sun, it felt like a true escape. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding in each of the three restaurants, as well as the quality and variety of the food. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have the best experience possible. Although everyone was incredibly friendly, we must highlight Ilyas from the Spanish restaurant (highly recommend the food there as well) who defined service at its best! It’s rare to find a hotel where every detail is so thoughtfully taken care of, but this one truly delivered on all fronts. We left feeling refreshed, valued, and already thinking about when we can return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay. Very basic room and building materials all obviously cheap plastic veneer. Light fell off the wall on first night. Service very slow in the restaurants and you have the chase the staff almost - especially the beach bar. They never answered the phone all week when we called the lobby. Pool is nice. Reserved beach area tidy. Kids club lovely. Overall not great value for money and wouldn't recommend to friends.

I recently eaten at the Sofitel, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the food. From the moment I took my first bite, I could tell something was off. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was lackluster. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there—within hours, both my friend and I were feeling quite unwell. The dishes seemed poorly prepared and lacked the finesse one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. We’ve had better meals at casual eateries. It was truly disheartening, as we had high hopes for a lovely dining experience. I would not recommend the food here, as it made both of us sick and left a sour taste in our mouths—literally and figuratively. I hope they can improve their culinary offerings in the future.
