Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour

Perfectly situated for a downtown city stay. Rooms are spacious and elegant, though the air con wasn't working properly - it was either off or hot. Bar is great, breakfast really good, and a shout-out to the greeter in the restaurant on the Sunday morning who was so efficient and professional. Good concierge service, if a little perfunctory. This is now our city accommodation choice. , and also reasonably priced for what we received.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and very well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. I stay frequently at Sofitel Viaduct Harbour Auckland due its location - walking distance to city and easy access to motorways in all directions. The service is always impeccable and am greeted warmly in all areas of the hotel. Comfortable beds and rooms (pillow menu). Great mini-bar selection…though they’ve removed my craft-beer selection on my most recent visit :(. My only gripe is the in-room dining menu doesn’t change and hasn’t in a long time. Well recommended hotel for an Auckland city experience for both business and leisure.
