Sofitel Brisbane Central

It was such a good stay. It was short but perfect. I would highly recommend some of the staff's. They were so amazing 👏 first the person who checked me in Mr Alec at the front desk he was such a awesome guy and so down to earth person. The second person is the F&B Manager Mr Derick what a awesome 👌 person hes service and warm welcome was highly appreciated and so good to believe.. thank you guys for make my stay a unforgettable ❤️

I stayed at the Sofitel Brisbane Central for one night in July 2025. The hotel, located at Central Station, is conveniently reached on the airtrain from Brisbane airport and a short walk to the Brisbane River. Although I arrived a bit early, my room was ready and I was greeted warmly at reception. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was well set up for work with a desk and plenty of space. I had lunch at Bistro Suzette. The steak in my steak sandwich was underdone and they were happy to redo it. The bed and pillows were comfy and allowed for a refreshing sleep. There was a good selection of items at the breakfast buffet, like a mango smoothie. The staff throughout the hotel provided professional and efficient service. They were very accommodating. I was very happy with my stay and felt that the hotel catered well for a work stay, while offering a touch of old school luxury and service at the same time.

The room facility is not as new as other new open hotels but the services and convenience are perfect. I will recommend and love to stay here again. The front deck people are really nice and help us a lot. The receptionists at the breakfast area are really ingenious. The room is quiter than most of other hotels that I stayed before. Fantastic and amazing experience to stay here for a week.
