One of the Best Hotels I’ve Stayed In Check-in: Easy and smooth. Rooms: The view of the Nile is the best in Cairo. Housekeeping: Supportive and highly responsive. Breakfast: Spectacular! Amazing taste with a wide variety of options. Facilities: Plenty of things to do—you can easily spend the whole day at the hotel without any regrets. Accessibility: Conveniently located close to most historical sites and major tourist attractions. Note: Overall, the prices are slightly higher compared to other locations, but the value and quality you get are absolutely worth it.
The staff were all kind and hospitable. We were always greeted with a smile, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared, the lounge was a really nice escape, and we truly enjoyed the hotel’s view and overall ambience. However, the biggest downside was that the rooms felt quite outdated and in need of renovation. With some updates, this hotel could easily offer an exceptional experience from top to bottom.
I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Cairo, and overall, the experience was very good. The location is perfect — ideal for getting around the city and visiting the main tourist spots. The pool was also a real highlight: very clean, peaceful, and with a great atmosphere. We also loved the room and the view — both were amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. However, the customer service and communication weren’t the best . At check-in, the receptionist told us that breakfast was not included, which was not true — I had specifically booked the option with breakfast on Booking. I had to show him a screenshot to prove it, and only after he took a photo of it did he agree to include breakfast. Later on, we added an extra night to our stay, but the same receptionist forgot to activate our key cards for the additional day. When we returned to our room, the cards didn’t work, and no one answered the phone in the hallway. I had to go down 10 floors in person to get new keys. The next morning, when we went down for breakfast, we were told it was not included for that last night. This was confusing, as we had told the receptionist we wanted the same conditions as the previous days — which obviously included breakfast. In the end, we had to pay for it separately, and it was expensive for the quality and variety offered. In summary, the hotel has great potential and the facilities are excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay, but the front desk service needs to be more organized to avoid these unnecessary issues.
