We spent two wonderful nights and can't wait to return. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and eager to find ways to make the stay enjoyable ... They succeeded. The rooms were beautiful and luxurious. We splurged on the larger room and found it to be well worth the investment. The health club and pool are a big draw.
This hotel gets better and better. The initially rather formal service is now warmer and more personal. Rooms do vary in size and comfort as you’d expect. But to my mind this is the stand out choice in Frankfurt for quality of stay, and comfort and of course location is ideal. The bar offers a good option for a light evening snack and skillfully prepared cocktails
This is the Worst hotel i have stayed in my life. I am an Accor platinum member and paid 1000€ per night for this hotel room and even the air conditioning doesn't work and when you try to connect to the reception they don't even pick up the phone and finally when you do connect via your mobile by calling reservations and then request someone to come and fix the air conditioning a rude lady by name of Daniela tells me that they are all busy to pick up the phone at even 8 am and that I've only been calling 5 times as if that's not enough to reach for assistance in a supposedly 5 star hotel . And when they do send the team after one hour of waiting for someone even they can't fix the problem. I stay more than 200 nights a year in hotels worldwide and even a motel with 1 star is better than this hotel's service. I strongly recommend to whoever reads this is to not fall for this hotel and make a better choice and stay anywhere else but here unless u like to suffer . This hotel was recommended to me by a friend saying its the best hotel in Frankfurt. But I strongly disagree due to the above experience.the entire air conditioning system of room is spoilt and it's the hotel's responsibility to provide at least a decent room environment before they can check in a guest especially one that's loyal to the Accor brand by being a platinum member !
