Even though I was only there for one night, the staff went above and beyond for me. The room was fantastic, the view was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was attending a conference at the Hotel and the conference facilities were great and the food throughout the 2 days was exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay.
My stay at Sofitel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed with a touch of luxury in every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Staff were professional, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities from the pool to the dining were top notch. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend Sofitel for anyone looking for premium service and comfort!
Stayed for 2 nights in luxury King room with my wife, room was good and staff were friendly. Spa bath is big enough for 1 person, fixtures in room were hanging a bit and not all lights worked. There was probably information when booking that parking wasn't included which I didn't see but being hit with $58 for 2 nights at check out was a bit of a surprise. Just under $800 for 2 nights off peak plus parking... Would pick another location for a Broadbeach stay to be honest.
