I had an excellent stay at the Sofitel in Krabi. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I would like to give special thanks to PEPSI at the Club Millésime for her professionalism, warm smile, and outstanding customer service. She is friendly, competent, and takes great care of her guests. Thanks to her and the entire team, my experience was even more enjoyable.

Although the room may be a bit dated, it is very well maintained and felt far from old thanks to the cleanliness and attention to detail. All of the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly, professional, and always smiling. The service throughout the resort was consistently warm and welcoming.
