I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
The room was clean and spacious. All requests made via the in-room phone was attended promptly. The amenities provided were of good quality and were replenished regularly. There could be more vegan options in the menu. One minor thing I felt a bit odd was the front door staff indirectly checking-in on food that was ordered from outside via delivery portals. In my case, I have dietary preferences and there weren't a lot of options available within the hotel. Felt a bit odd if this was not permitted. But nevertheless more positives to look at and everything else was great. Would definitely come back for my next trip.
The room is great - really spacious with quality amenities. The location is also decent as there’s a large mall nearby. The service I received during check-in was also pleasant. However there are a few things that marred my stay. Firstly, the bedding has a bad smell. They need to change the detergent and dry the linen properly. Secondly, the room air also smells of mildew. Thirdly, the food at the breakfast buffet and room service is not good. They took almost a full hour to get the food to my room, and it reached my room cold. Lastly, I had an unpleasant check-out experience with a staff named Myra. So really it is a mixed bag of inconsistent experiences.
