Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo Panama City

I stayed at this beautiful property for three nights and enjoyed the spa as well as the pool. Although both of those experiences were top-notch, I was in awe of the little things that housekeeping would do every day to ensure a wonderful experience. This even included securing my charging cords with little pieces of Velcro to keep them tidy! This hotel is on my top five list of all hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were some place very special. We had booked 4 nights at Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo for part of our honeymoon and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The food was wonderful, the drinks outstanding, the pool club amazing, the spa relaxing, and our room a haven. While the building and amenities are superb, what made this property truly stand out were the people. Everyone that we encountered was there to ensure that we had an unforgettable stay. They were all friendly and quickly learned our names. They warmly greeted us as we walked by and provided a top quality of service and attention without creating a pretentious air that I have felt in other high-end properties that I have stayed. They were successful in creating lifelong memories and a longing for my next visit to this exceptional property.

Gorgeous views. The bedroom is beautiful, so is the hotel's pool and garden. Would definitely stay again. The only point for improvement is the food I'd say - it was okay, but for the price they charged I expected much more. Service during breakfast was very slow.
