Sofitel Lianyungang Suning

Extremely wonderful experience for one night, good technology and good service makes it five stars, view and others are crucial too.

Sofitel is the best hotel in Lianyungang city. It is located at center of city and close to shopping area. It is also close to Linanyungang railway station.

I stayed here few times but never reviewed yet. Beautiful hotel but needs a lot of training for the staff- even though they are all friendly. Room’ is well maintained but the exterior sides of the windows are so duty. Check in takes long time for my business colleagues. Arranging taxi became complicated and time consuming. Domestic guests were not waiting in line. Hotel staff must enforce discipline. Breakfast staff need training. Very few speak English and this is less than Sofitel standard. Coffee comes without spoon and delivers to the wrong table. Another domestic guest asks for coffee, he was told to help himself from coffee machine. Location layout of dishes needs to be improved. .Salads are far away in the corner.quality foods are OK.
