Last minute booking because of a cancelled flight. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean with a comfy bed. The amenities were appreciated, as i didnt have the resources to shower and brush my teeth after my cancelled flight. Breakfast was the best part, it was delicious, high quality food and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
I’ve stayed here a few times now, for convenience before traveling from Gatwick airport. It is very convenient and fast to get to the airport therefore easy for early mornings. We check our bags in the night before so much easier for the morning. Would definitely recommend
Excellent location for access to the terminal. Easy check in. Clean and comfortable room. Good facilities. Foyer comfortable and very nice surroundings. Price of drinks is a complete rip off. £18 for a glass of wine. We got 10% off but service charge was 12% (serving staff very pleasant). The hotel has a captive audience that is taken advantage of.
