Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal

Came here for a holiday. Very close to the town, and a very nice hotel as well. Rooms were lovely, with a gorgeous view, and the breakfast was extremely nice with a wide range of food from many cultures, including authentic French food. Would recommend staying here for a trip.

First stay at this hotel — great experience overall! The concierge team was helpful even before our arrival. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station. All staff, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, were professional, friendly, and always smiling. Our room was spacious, quiet, air-conditioned, and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. They also provided fresh still and sparkling water , a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view. We had a small issue in the room during our stay, but after reporting it, a technician came quickly and resolved it. Great service overall. Note: Netflix didn’t stream well, and the room desk setup is limited — fine for light tasks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

I must say that the service was truly exceptional, ranking among the finest I have experienced. The room was impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to numerous attractions, restaurants, and points of interest makes it a truly wonderful choice.
