Amazing stay at Sofitel! The staff was attentive and kind, and they made my dad’s birthday celebration feel extra special. The spa was great, the gym was lovely, and the pool was really cool. We also had an incredible meal at the Michelin-starred restaurant on site, Bajel. I’d definitely recommend this place—it’s a true five-star hotel, but with a smaller, more relaxed vibe. Not at all stuffy like the Ritz or Four Seasons. Approachable, comfortable, and still luxurious. The building was mildly out of date but did not detract from our overall experience there. The beds were on the firm side. Walking distance (10-15 minutes) from cute restaurants and cafes in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel, and one of the absolute highlights was the exceptional service we received from Ivan. On the day of our departure, many streets were closed due to a city marathon, and it was nearly impossible to find our Uber. Without hesitation, Ivan stepped in to help — he not only contacted the driver directly but actually went out into the street searching for him to make sure we wouldn’t miss our flight. Thanks to his dedication and quick thinking, we made it to the airport on time. Ivan went truly above and beyond, showing a level of care and professionalism that made all the difference. It’s rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and proactive service, and we’re incredibly grateful. Sofitel is already a beautiful hotel with top-notch amenities, but staff like Ivan are what truly elevate the experience. Thank you for making our stay — and our departure — so smooth and memorable!

Amazing hotel with a beautiful room. The breakfast is one of the best one that I did and the staff is really kind. When you need something they're happy to help and assist you. The location is nice to visit and enjoy the city you can walk and be in the center in 20 min max. The hotel is quiet and the swimming pool have a beautiful view 😍
