Great hotel, enjoyed my time so much! The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were everything I had expected. When talking about the restaurant I can only give it a 10/10, full of kind people that make my experience at Sofitel memorable. Such a good interaction with a waitress called Sirine, goes above and beyond to help where she can, and this while smiling 24/7. Will definitely come back here on my next work trip!!!
We had a wonderful family stay at Sofitel Paris Baltimore during our recent trip to Paris. The hotel is charming and elegant, with a boutique feel that’s warm and inviting. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to cafés, shops, and convenient metro access. It was a great base for exploring the city. Our room was comfortable and beautifully designed, with a classic Parisian touch and thoughtful amenities. It was on the smaller side for a family, but well appointed and kept impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was stocked with high-end toiletries and fluffy towels. The staff was friendly for the most part, other than the young lady who helped check us in. The concierge was very helpful in offering restaurant suggestions and even making reservations for us, and the doormen always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast at the hotel was very good—fresh croissants, eggs, and plenty of options to please both adults and kids. The dining room was cozy and elegant. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that while the service was consistently kind, it didn’t always feel as polished or attentive as other properties we’ve stayed at. A few small details were occasionally missed (like replenishing water or turn-down service), but overall these were minor points.
