Please let the lounge area have Nespresso coffee, not the ugly Camel Walk coffee because its disgusting, use Nespresso coffee please and make sure the lounge area is near a big glass so that the sun goes inside
A hotel and architectural marvel that will sweep the hotels of Riyadh.
If I could give it zero star I would. I made a reservation in December (3 months ago), which was confirmed. So I send few emails to ask the status since February. I also called in March to ask the status and was told that yes it’s soft opening. Then next day I get notification that my reservation is being cancelled (like 20 days before booking). This is unacceptable and was told they knew two weeks ago that hotel won’t open. They don’t want to compensate for any inconvenience, and having to find another hotel within reasonable price. Being a good member has no use and this has been very unprofessional from their end. Now I have to find another hotel and pay more money as a result of finding out so late.
