Sofitel Saigon Plaza

I stayed at this hotel and everything was very nice. The scent in hotel was very good and made me feel comfortable. Room was clean and bed was soft, I could sleep well. All staff were very kind and always smiling. Especially Helen and James helped me a lot when I used gym and locker room after checking out . I really appreciate. Food was also delicious and came very fast. Bellman team was helpful and friendly too. Thank you for good service. I will come again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. 감사합니다 :)

The hotel was very well located, right in the heart of the city—close to major attractions and well connected by both taxi and public transport. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes. There was something for everyone, and even our young kids (aged 1 and 5) thoroughly enjoyed it. Room service, bellboy service, and the front desk team during check-in were all excellent. The bakery items, both at breakfast and at the reception counter, were fresh and delicious. The only downside was the complimentary welcome drinks. We tried three different drinks on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, none of them lived up to expectations in terms of taste. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

I’m a regular and have been coming for years. What stands out to me is the impeccable service, especially from James and Minh up in the wellness centre who are always there to help out. The gym is clean, modern and functional with everything you need for a good workout. It’s rarely that busy which is a plus and there’s detox water and fruit available for free. The sauna, steam room and swimming pool is also a really nice addition to the facilities and I find it always clean and well maintained. Thanks a lot 👍
