To the two ladies from room service who tidy in the morning suite 14 Thankyou for being so nice. And Nadia and Layla what amazing people, made us welcome and gave a great service 10/10 Eamon from room service is a great person very helpful. And the Eamon at breakfast made the family feel welcomed and never rushed us as with all the staff at breakfast. And a big thumbs up to the chef who always made my eggs the way I liked them, and always with a smile.

Dishonest and Unprofessional Behavior from Beach Staff I arrived at the hotel’s beach area around 5:00 PM and requested two sunbeds for myself and two others. Since we were three people, the staff member initially refused, saying we would have to pay for three beds at €80 each. I agreed, thinking that was the policy, and we ordered three beds for a total of €240. We only stayed for about half an hour. When I asked for the bill, the staff member presented a receipt only for our drinks, but not for the sunbeds. He simply asked for €240 for the beds without providing any proof of payment. This immediately raised my suspicion that he intended to keep the money for himself rather than process it through the hotel. When I insisted on receiving a receipt for the beds, he rushed off and returned with a bill that clearly wasn’t mine it listed three beds along with many other items I never ordered. This further confirmed my suspicion of dishonest conduct. After I confronted him, he quickly disappeared and sent another staff member to handle the payment. This second person then produced a fresh receipt that had just been entered into the system at that moment, clearly indicating the beds were only processed after my complaint. It was also obvious that the staff were working together, as the woman who joined him claiming to “check” and manage the beds appeared to be involved in the same scheme. This was not my first negative experience with staff at this hotel, but it was by far the most blatant example of dishonesty. Such behavior not only cheats guests but also damages the reputation of the hotel itself. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter and ensure guests are treated with honesty

Very disappointing experience with Sofitel – poor customer service and unresolved double charge I expected better from a hotel like Sofitel. I was charged twice for dinner at one of their restaurants, and despite being promised a refund, it never happened. I emailed customer service, provided all the receipts and proof, but the person in charge stopped responding and never resolved the issue. On top of that, one of the managers yelled at my son during the process – completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a hospitality setting. I shouldn’t have to chase down a refund for money that was wrongfully taken. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Definitely not the level of service one would expect from a luxury brand.
