I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and very well-maintained. Special thanks to the hostess Irina — she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always made sure everything was perfect. Her warm attitude really made a difference in my stay. Highly recommend this place, and I would definitely come back again!
Fantastic Stay Once Again! This was our third stay at Sofitel Warsaw, and once again, it exceeded expectations. The swimming pool is hands down the cleanest in all of Warsaw — truly a highlight! Breakfast is absolutely top-notch, with a wide selection and a delightful Mimosa to start the day right. Our room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. We always feel well taken care of here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended
We arrived 30 minutes before the official check-in time and were told by the receptionist (Denis) that we could not check in until 3 PM. We asked if early check-in might be possible, even offering to pay, but were told that our rooms weren’t ready. We explained that we had driven for three hours and would be happy to take even one room if available, but the answer was still no. While waiting in the lobby, we noticed that Denis was checking in other guests before 3 PM. This felt unfair, so we approached another receptionist, Camil, who was extremely polite and helpful. He checked for available rooms, offered us options, and even showed us the rooms. His service was welcoming and professional a sharp contrast to our earlier experience. We were disappointed by the initial treatment we received, which felt dismissive. Good hospitality should be consistent for all guests. Additionally, during breakfast at the buffet, we felt that the service lacked warmth. The waitstaff were not welcoming when they brought items to the table, they did so without any greeting, eye contact, or even a simple smile. On multiple occasions, when we said "thank you," there was no acknowledgment or response. The overall atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. It’s disappointing to experience such treatment, especially when traveling from afar and hoping to feel welcomed. we couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently than others, which left us with a very negative impression of the service.
