Had a wonderful stay experience. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was polite and the service was quick. Overall everything was easy going and the manager was really cooperative.
Room was not the same as in photos. Towels had stains. However staff is nice and they accommodated us by checking us in at 3 am. Location is good to explore old Delhi, but feels unsafe after dark.
The service was good 👍 but the room was very very very dirty there was so many hairs on the bed everything was good except the cleanness hygiene and the bathroom was too much dirty and there was no jetspray it was broken and there was no toilet paper also it's not good for us we should give reviews because they need to do something on hygiene. THANK YOU !!😆
