Excellent stay- the location was perfect! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of food. However, what impressed me the most was the location of the hotel, because it is very well located!
Nice, clean rooms. Big and comfortable beds. Big and high support pillows. Fridge full of drinks. Coffee machine in the room. I was happy. I like it here. Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect service. The only thing I missed, was a small kettle in the room to make a tea. I love hot tea before bed.
Nice hotel a 5 min walk from town. Our room had a leak as soon as we arrived. We asked for another, but instead of just giving us different keys, staff insisted we walk back up and show the flooding as if they didn't believe us. They then tried to split us from our group and send us to another hotel even though they had other rooms. We refused and were given another room. The air-conditioning was poor so we were too warm all day and night. Another guest was in tears at the poor state of her room. Breakfast was good.
