Beautiful old hotel.If you are after all the latest fixtures and fittings try somewhere else. If however you are after a place full of history with huge rooms, classic gardens and warm, attentive staff, give it a try. Great location for day tripping to Cadiz too.

The vintage building is nice with lots of sitting rooms in the ground floor and the gardens are amazing and very cozy. Restaurant also very nicely located. Private parking is great. The staff was very attentious and that was good. But... too far from the main city areas. The room was large but there was no direct window to the street except for a very small patio. I couldnt understand why they charged me 45euro for 3 beers, a salmorejo and a dish of jamon. But the jamon was very good so that was probably the reason. Will i come back again? Maybe yes or maybe not.

I have a junior suite booked for 2 nights 13-15 May confirmed 7 April 2023. And 2 days ago received an email to say I can not cancel now. It’s 13 May 0.22am due to book in in 11 hours and informed overbooked and our booking cancelled. I have 2 restaurants booked for the 2 nights. It’s Feria in jerez and about to start in El Puerto. I should be booking in in 11 hours. Clearly someone has offered more money for our room. Due to the Feria. How could a hotel of this quality do that for a confirmed booking 7 April. Why would you book with this hotel to be let down 11 hours before booking at the height of a festival. As an honest person I FIND THIS DISPICABLE.
