I’m giving it 4,5. Service one oh greatest I ever had so far. I wish more care about smell in the bathroom, sorry to tell but 2 floor had me feel unpleasefull to entry to facilities. But all things very satisfied. Great breakfast, everyday cleaning service . Thank you for your care
We had a great time at Sokha Palace hotel. It was very peaceful and serene. We had breakfast on two days there, which was greatly enjoyed by all of us. Chhaiya,Rach,kimteang looked after us very well. Ms Sotena n Virut gave excellent service. Would love to go back to the hotel again.
Overall great service and a spacious place offering comfort and quietness and very close to the main temple, for those of us who wanted to get up early to watch the sunrise. The buffet breakfast was satisfying for Eastern and Western taste, but the à la carte menu at dinner time was limited to two Cambodian dishes and the rest was disappointingly western food. Staff generally were helpful and polite but some staff at reception need retraining.
