Had a lovely time in this hotel. The manager of the hotel is so helpful, he went above and beyond for me and my travel companion. The waitstaff at the pool are so vibrant and attend to all your needs. A wonderful place to stay.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Only 2-3 $ for a TUC-TUC to the centre where majority of restaurants and bars are in Siem Reap.. little atmosphere in the evening so went out all nights we stayed here. Breakfast OK (included in our stay) but not exceptional. Overall this hotel was fine for a few days of our tour. Nothing to complain about, but also nothing to rave about.
THEY STOLE FROM US!! This is the worst experience possible! On our second day here we walked in our room to 2 ladies digging through our luggage. We checked through everything and found about $100 missing from what was left in the room. We immediately informed the office and went round and round for 2 days trying to get our money back. We asked them to call the police so we could file a report for insurance if they weren’t going to refund us. They wouldn’t meet us until 5pm and then the “police were closed” and they couldn’t help us... I’m so heartbroken. Our time in Siem Reap was great until we have to waste days trying to get management to return our money to us. We viewed the tapes with them and saw them enter the room 2 hours after we checked in (had just left) with a do not disturb sign on the door. No need to clean or any other excuse to be in the room yet nothing! Nothing was done! Please please DO NOT STAY HERE!
