Very smooth check-in experience. The room is a bit small but exceptionally clean and functional. It is equipped with a public bath, which is a bonus. The location is excellent, right next to the Omicho market and walking distance from other major attractions. Highly recommended!!
Stayed here for 3 nights at the Superior Twin room. Room was okay for two people. I like the aesthetics of the hotel. Best part of the hotel is the location actually as it’s easily accessible by bus and just right infront of Omicho market. One minor feedback though, we do wish the hotel staffs are a little more warm as we felt they are a little too business like.
Our experience at SOKI Kanazawa was great. The auto check in and out experience was seamless. The sustainability concept permeates the hotel and the interior design of the rooms had a calming (Muji-like) feel. Onsen was also well maintained. The only feedback is that the breakfast selection could be of a little more variety since the menu was only a fixed Japanese set meal.
