Stayed in MED 3 bed villa. Accomodation top notch with superb air con. Villas are stone throw from all pools and ammenities and all bedrooms are either twin or double will full en suite. Staff lovely and daily cleaning/towel/bin change if needed. Chromecast built into tv. Sky news only english channel on tv. Fridge only slightly cold. Hob but no oven. Air fryers available to buy on facebook marketplace always though. Food is nice but will get old after 2/3 days with every resturaunt serving the same menu all day... so a few short trips into salou/cambrills is recommended every few nights. 12 euro taxi/15 min bike/40 min walk. Cambrills much nicer than salou for shopping and is more quiet/family freindly. On site supermarket have everything you need and at reasonable prices. Bakery lovely also. Coffee is only ok...4/10. Entertainment is pretty good with plenty for kids in the evening while parents have a drink. However its pretty loud till 11 every night. On site laundry service very handy...be sure to explain if wanting garments washed or dried at speciific temps. Bike rental cheap and easy at max 9 euro per day and much less for consecutive days. Neighbours had an ant problem in theirs. We also found turmites.. so check floors before you settle in. Reception very responsive to any issues.
Voted a wonderful place but pools could be warmer in early May... The multiple options for swimming pools were amazing. The slides weren't really suitable for anyone larger or taller but the kids seemed to enjoy themselves a lot. The site had a wonderful on-site bakery and supermarket with reasonable prices. There is one decent playground near the sand pool and you can get some wonderful mocktails and ice creams. The beach is a 10 minutes walk away and was actually warmer than the pools. Things that could be better pools were way too cold could have used some solar powered heating to make it suitable for guests visiting in early May. Also kids activities were suitable for under 3 or 4-5 not much suitable for older kids talking to the other parents. Also on checkout guidance was all food to be dumped in the bins. Plenty could have been donated or used in worm bins to create fertilizer. The spa was the only warm pool option and cost €18 for two adults and a child for a two hour swim. You also had to pay an additional €3 each if you didn't have a swim cap. This gets very expensive very quickly. The laundry was €5 for a wash or €6 for drying and folding which is a decent price for a bag of washing. But you need to use their laundry service you can't wash your own stuff.
We are currently here for a two week holiday. The entertainment for kids is really good something on every night for them . We are staying In the log cabins they are quite small for a family of five , they also don't provide cleaning in these and this was a disappointment for us . All we were provided with is towels every three days and toilet roll by request. There are three big pools with slides for the kids however they do fill up very fast. All the staff were really nice and friendly. There is a beautiful bakery on site and a good size supermarket. The food here isn't great it was a huge disappointment. Not sure would we return
