Excellent location. You can walk to the Center of Bariloche from there all by the lake with superb lake views! Just 20min by taxi to the Cerro Cathedral. The people were very warm welcoming. The heated pull is awesome as you can go inside and outside enjoying the stars from the pool !
Loved the whole place and the views are unreal, Get in the pool for a beautiful sunset! Our room was under the dinning room so we were woken up after the dinner service at 11pm when they were cleaning up and moving tables, and again in the morning at 6:30am. Wasnt an issue for me but maybe for some . Would still highly recommend
The rooms, location, amenities, and views are incredible. This hotel has probably the best private beach in Bariloche. The pool is perfect. The food is mediocre. I ordered a steak for dinner and it was way overcooked. The breakfast is the exact same every day, with scrambled eggs that are not fresh. Service is not outstanding like some other hotels, for example they do not help with your luggage, and other small things. It was not particularly bad service, but not good either. Overall it is a good experience and beautiful location. With better service it would be a dream.
