The staff were attentive and happy to help - always looking to get people involved in activities throughout the day and evening. The food was decent with a good choice and range of foods even for people with dietary requirements - as a vegetarian I found something suitable on all visits to the restaurant. Some things could have been more dietary/veggie friendly such as adding Meats into the premade salads - there is a meat and cheese section so this is not necessary, if people want meat in their salads they can add them manually. The pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and were well kept. The beds in the room were very comfortable - the only suggestion for improvement here would be to add a light blanket as there was only a white sheet on top of the bed - this suggestion is not even to add warmth it is for comfort, many people like a blanket to cuddle while sleeping and this is not really possible with the sheet provided. There could also be a cleaning of the walls in the room where previous guests had swatted mosquitos/flies to the wall and left black marks all over. Overall, this was a very enjoyable holiday and there were no complaints from anyone in the party mix of family and friends.

We stayed last week. It was amazing. Food was great, setvice was great. Staff were amazing! Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Trips were great too. Thank you all.

Nice hotel spotlessly clean grounds and rooms cleaned every other day lovely friendly welcoming staff great for families with young kids, food is good and plenty to choose, nice splash pool for kids and evening shows the evening shows can get a bit boring as it's the same thing especially for kids, only down side is it's a good 20 minute walk to the beach no shuttle bus it's too far for young children ,in my opinion, we spent 14 days with our 6 year old daughter, great weather average daily temperature around 28C only 5 minute taxi to Santa Maria about 5 euros one way plenty of restaurants and bars and lovely beach in santa maria, Sal island is better than boa vista for families
