We loved staying here with our children. We went last Halloween as was pleasantly surprised. Super child friendly. It was so lovely to see how much effort the hotel made with decorating the whole place for Halloween. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this in a hotel abroad before. Our room was lovely, although I would have liked if the child lock at the top wasn’t broken. The pools were nice. The slides were really fun. The soft play was great! The food was good, I did enjoy the themed nights. Honestly fab for kids and parents. Lots of activities. Also a short walk out of the hotel to get to shops etc. Would definitely recommend :)

Just back from 10 days at the hotel. The room was a bit small apart from that it was great. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very good with children in the kids club. My granddaughter loved the clubs. Especially ceaser he was one of the entertainment staff for kids works with autistic children which my granddaughter is. He was fantastic with her. It's a great hotel and would recommend it for families.

Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately a mixed bag, with some significant drawbacks that impacted our overall comfort. While there were a few bright spots, the negatives definitely overshadowed them. The most pressing issue was the air conditioning. Despite our attempts to adjust it, our room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was a major letdown, especially considering the warm weather. Another significant problem was the lack of shade in the pool area. It was nearly hard to find a comfortable spot to relax without being directly in the sun unless you pick a spot right at the back, which was not ideal for spending extended time by the pool, especially with children. On the positive side, the kids' club was fantastic. Our child absolutely loved it and the staff were wonderful and engaging. The overall team, were friendly and helpful in all parts of the hotel. The food quality was also consistently good, offering a variety of tasty options for meals. However, it was disappointing to discover that drinks were not included with half board, even during dinner. This felt like an unnecessary additional cost that detracted from the value. Overall, while the kids' club and food were commendable, the fundamental issues with the air conditioning and lack of pool shade made for a less-than-enjoyable experience. We hope these areas can be addressed to improve future guest stays.
