Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo

There seems to be a sickness issue at this hotel. I have stayed here twice and members of our party have been simultaneously struck down by sickness. Likely this is caused by the communal air conditioning system otherwise the bug would be spread person to person. Not only this but the food at breakfast is now so substandard, plus the staff at reception are plain rude. An illustration of how bad the service is the hotel charges parents 15 euros to hire a kettle to make up baby formula. I dont know what is going on here but prices have gone up and quality is in the toilet. When we stayed in May we were in a literal building site. You can't excrement on customers from a great height and expect them to return.

Absolutely appalling, holidaying on a building site. No way will this be finished before mid July, if then. Woken every day at 8.00am by drilling and cutting The whole building smells of oil based paint. Rubble everywhere, bar toilets not open. Told all works will be finished by June 6th. A joke !! Jet 2 shouldn't be selling these holidays !!

I haven't even stayed there yet, but called to ask about my reservation (in spanish) and was transferred to "reservations" before getting to finish a sentence. I then called back and was yelled at and then got hung up on. I then called back again and got hung up on... again. Tried calling back and gave up. I spent over $1,000 USD on this room and can't even call to ask a question? On top of that, when you make the reservation, I was only given one payment option, which was the nonrefundable one, so I'm now I'm stuck at staying at a place that I'm already not excited about. 🙄
