We came to La Casa sight unseen and have fallen in love with this very friendly, interactive community. The cottages are small, but are a great value for an eight month snow bird lease. The surroundings are pleasant, with many tree shaded streets. The best part of La Casa is the wonderfully friendly community. The unofficial slogan of the place is "People come here for the price and stay for the people." We're coming back for another season.
From October 2008 to April 2023 we spent our winters at LaCasa Del Sol. We thoroughly enjoyed our time during those 15 winter seasons. Over that time period we saw many necessary improvements to the cottages & streets. The maintenance department did a great job addressing all the work orders in a timely manner. We have spent 11 seasons at La Casa. Wonderful place to spend the winter. Lots of trees for shade, not just asphalt with a bunch of trailers. No hassles, no problems. Any issues are looked after by maintenance staff. All units are leased and the same, so everybody equal. We are only 25 minutes from the Disney World parking lot. Everybody is friendly and enough activities to keep you busy all the time if you want. We wont be going anywhere else.
